Today, I'm calling it Potato Patties. I cooked potato cakes again, and this time I took some pictures and giving it a name. I also made a dipping mayo, made from mayo, cream and pepper powder. It looks not so inviting, but actually tastes good. :-P

Hmmmm..Looks yummy! it looks like a fried picnic :D Cant wait till you come home so you can make me some :*
I think garlic mayo would be nice for a dip :)
