Last night, I tried cooking the Filipino style pork steak. I marinated the pork chops for the whole day, and the result was exceptional. I thought I liked the taste of the dish, but they didn't gave any positive hints. I'm not sure if they liked it. But I did, and that's what important. :-P I also made cucumber slices in vinegar and pepper combination. The dinner was perfect, that is, for me. ^_^

0 Pork Steak last night
Last night, I tried cooking the Filipino style pork steak. I marinated the pork chops for the whole day, and the result was exceptional.
